With over 15 years of HR leadership experience, Khyati brings a track record of talent engagement, productivity enhancement, and culture building, aligning strongly with Xpheno’s mission to develop recruiter-specialists in the AI-powered staffing domain.

Khyati joins Xpheno from [24]7.ai India, where she served as Senior HRBP and Employee Relations Head. In that role, she spearheaded data-driven engagement programs such as Happy Hearts and HUM Premier League, achieving 94%+ ESAT scores and significantly reducing attrition. She also led high-impact retention strategies, introduced a Trainee Experience Framework that saved over $275K annually, and streamlined global HR practices across India, the Philippines, and LATAM in collaboration with the Global CHRO.

Prior to that, Khyati held key HR roles at Notch It Up, Firstsource, and [24]7.ai in earlier tenures. She has demonstrated a consistent ability to lead workplace investigations, coach leadership, and drive change management, employee relations, and HR transformation in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.

As CHRO at Xpheno, Khyati will play a pivotal role in maximizing recruiter efficiency, nurturing internal talent, and steering HR initiatives as the company crosses the INR 500 crore turnover milestone. CEO Designate Francis Padamadan and Co-founder Anil Ethanur emphasized her strategic significance in powering the company’s people-centric growth.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
