Niagara, Ontario, Canada, July 2025 – Kim Currah has been promoted to Senior Director, Human Resources – Global Distribution Group (GDG), Canada & Brazil at Henry Schein Canada. In her new role, Kim will oversee human resources strategy and operations across multiple geographies, focusing on driving talent development, organizational effectiveness, and cross-border HR alignment across Canada and Brazil.
Kim brings more than 15 years of progressive HR leadership at Henry Schein Canada, having most recently served as Senior Director of Human Resources. Over the past four years, she has played a pivotal role in leading HR transformation initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning people strategy with business objectives across the organization. Her contributions have strengthened HR capabilities and reinforced a culture of continuous improvement.
Prior to that, Kim held several key leadership positions within Henry Schein, including Director of Human Resources, Senior Human Resources Manager, and Manager, Staffing & Rewards. With each successive role, she deepened her expertise in talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, HRIS systems, and strategic workforce planning.
Before joining Henry Schein, Kim worked at Canadian Tire Financial Services for over eight years, where she held roles such as Compensation and Benefits Consultant and Senior Employee Relations Consultant. She was responsible for employee relations, HR program development, and performance management strategies.
Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at NuComm International, where she served as Manager, HR Planning and HR Manager, contributing to workforce planning and employee engagement in a dynamic, service-driven environment.
