Dallas, Texas, United States, September 2025 – Kimberlee May, SPHR/SHRM-CP, has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources, the Americas at TSL, a global leader in technical construction and turnkey project delivery. Based in Dallas, Kimberlee brings more than two decades of strategic HR leadership, with deep experience in transformation, integration, and people strategy across diverse sectors.
Before joining TSL, Kimberlee was engaged in HR consulting for startups under People Pulse Consulting, helping early-stage ventures build foundational HR capabilities and scalable talent strategies. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Bounteous, where she led organizational development, workforce planning, and leadership enablement during a high-growth phase.
Earlier, Kimberlee was Senior Director of Human Resources at DJO Global, where she partnered with executive leadership to support supply chain and surgical business units. She also played a key HR leadership role at Prime Therapeutics/AllianceRx Walgreens Prime, where she led human capital integration efforts during the spin-off of a new organization. Her global experience also includes HR leadership positions at Gerdau North America, Balfour Beatty, and global legal firms, where she focused on cultural alignment, talent development, and organizational readiness.
Throughout her career, Kimberlee has demonstrated expertise in HR transformation, leadership development, change management, and driving business-aligned people strategies. She holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas and a BBA in Marketing and Economics from the University of Texas. Her professional certifications include SPHR and SHRM-CP, reflecting her deep commitment to HR excellence.
