Before that, she worked at I-MED Radiology Network in human resources leadership, contributing to HR strategy and operational effectiveness within Australia’s largest diagnostic imaging network.
Earlier in her career, Kimberley was Group Chief Human Resource Officer at A1 Capital, where she managed HR operations across multiple regions, introduced HR shared services, and implemented an HRIS system to optimize recruitment and workforce planning. She also held key HR leadership roles at Sage and Weatherford, focusing on global HR transformation, engagement surveys, and shared service models, leading HR teams supporting over 2,500 employees across Africa.
