In this role, she provided project management, stakeholder engagement, and business development support, ensuring smooth execution of high-profile executive search and leadership advisory projects.

Earlier, she built a robust career at Danske Bank, spending over eight years in key positions including Business Manager, Senior Analyst in Group Risk Management, and Personal Assistant to the Group COO. Her tenure at Danske Bank involved risk analytics, business operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning, making her adept at navigating complex organizational challenges.

She also gained valuable experience in strategic planning and business development at Oracle, where she served as Territory Manager and Channel Manager for the Danish and Norwegian markets, focusing on sales strategy, partner management, and marketing execution.
