Livspace, Asia’s leading home interiors and renovation platform, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sulabh Kulshreshtha as its new Head of Human Resources. With a tenure beginning in March 2024, Kulshreshtha brings extensive experience to Livspace, aimed at enhancing the organization’s human resources landscape across its various markets.
Sulabh Kulshreshtha’s career is marked by over two decades of HR leadership, with significant contributions to several high-profile companies. Prior to joining Livspace, he served as the Head of Employee Experience and Tech-HR at Nykaa from January 2021 until March 2024, where he was instrumental in driving employee experience initiatives and integrating technology with HR practices. His efforts were crucial during Nykaa’s transition to a public company, marking a significant milestone in its HR roadmap.
From December 2017 to March 2020, Kulshreshtha led the human resources department at Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd. as Head of HR & Training. During his tenure, Barbeque Nation was recognized as a Great Place to Work and ranked among the top in Asia’s Best Places to Work. His leadership was pivotal in aligning HR practices with the company’s rapid expansion and operational scaling.
Prior to his role at Barbeque Nation, Kulshreshtha was involved with Samar Lifestyle, managing HR for a diverse portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands. This role included overseeing HR strategies that supported the company’s growth and brand diversification.
