Esbjerg, Denmark, March 2026 –Blue Water Shipping has appointed Stine Würtz Jepsen as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective from 1 May. In her role, she will be responsible for the Group’s global People & Culture function, with a focus on culture, talent development and leadership.
With more than 20 years of experience in HR, organisational development and strategic leadership at international companies, she will play a central role in developing the company’s employees and leaders.
The appointment comes at a time when Blue Water Shipping continues to strengthen its international focus, thereby enhancing its efforts in organisation, leadership and talent development across the Group.

Strong values and international ambitions
Stine Würtz Jepsen joins Blue Water with experience at international companies in the energy, technology and industrial sectors – including Vestas, Terma and Skyborn Renewables. In these roles, she has held senior HR positions with responsibility for strategic organisational development, culture and talent development. Over the past year and a half, she has worked as a Director at the consultancy People & Performance. She is also a board member of Flex Wind.
