Rajpura, Punjab, India, March 2026 – TI Cycles of India has appointed Salonii Sood as Lead – Plant HR (Domestic Unit), strengthening its people leadership as the organization continues to expand its manufacturing and workforce capabilities.
In her new role, Salonii will lead the plant HR function, focusing on workforce management, talent strategy, employee engagement, and strengthening HR processes at the manufacturing level to support operational excellence and business growth.
In her current role at TI Cycles of India, Salonii Sood takes on the responsibility of leading Plant HR for the domestic unit, driving people practices aligned with manufacturing excellence and organizational goals.
Prior to this, she spent over a decade at Hero Cycles Ltd, where she held multiple leadership roles, most recently as Lead – People Operations & Talent Strategy. During her tenure, she played a key role in strengthening HR business partnering, employer branding, and talent strategy initiatives, contributing to workforce transformation and organizational effectiveness.
Earlier at Hero Cycles, she served as Senior Manager and Manager – People Operations, where she led core HR functions including employee engagement, talent management, and operational HR practices across large-scale manufacturing environments.
She also worked as an HR Business Partner at Sukhm Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd., where she gained experience in aligning HR strategy with business operations and supporting workforce management in a growing organization.
In the early phase of her career, Salonii held a consulting role at Amagi Media Labs Pvt. Ltd., building foundational expertise in HR operations, talent management, and stakeholder engagement.
Salonii holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from CMTR (Center for Management Training and Research).
