New York, New York, December 2024 – Kimberli Murphy has been named Head of Human Resources & Client Operations at KOW, where she will oversee the organization’s HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. In addition to ensuring compliance with labor laws, Kimberli will spearhead client operations strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Prior to joining KOW, Kimberli served as the Owner of kam Insights and Strategy for over four years, where she led the development and execution of strategic business initiatives across sectors including retail, B2B software, CPG, healthcare, and insurance. Her efforts focused on driving revenue growth and improving client relationships.

Previously, she held the position of Vice President, Research and Strategy at Isobar, where she worked for nearly four years. In this role, Kimberli provided strategic leadership in research and business development, enabling data-driven decision-making for clients.
Before Isobar, Kimberli was the Vice President, Consulting at GfK for over four years. During her tenure, she played a critical role in advising clients on market strategies and data analytics, contributing to their growth and market positioning.
Her career also includes a decade-long stint at Ipsos Marketing, where she held the role of Vice President and focused on market research, strategic planning, and consumer insights. Additionally, Kimberli spent seven years at Coty as a Senior Manager, where she contributed to brand strategy and product innovation in the beauty industry.
