New York, United States, February 2025 – Kimberly Dolder has been promoted to Chief Commercial Officer at Gymshark, marking a significant step in the company’s global expansion strategy. Having previously served as General Manager of North America, Dolder will now oversee commercial operations and business growth worldwide.

Prior to joining Gymshark, Dolder spent nearly five years at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., where she held the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager, Gilly Hicks. In this role, she successfully transformed Gilly Hicks into a standalone active lifestyle brand, opening 17 stores in the US and UK, expanding its digital presence, and driving double-digit revenue growth.
Before that, she served as Vice President of Product at Outdoor Voices, where she led product strategy and helped expand the women’s and men’s product lines across multiple categories. Her leadership also facilitated Outdoor Voices’ first major wholesale partnership with Nordstrom.
Dolder also held several leadership positions at Under Armour, including General Manager, Youth Apparel and Footwear, where she was responsible for a $1B+ global category. As Senior Director, Women’s Global Product Line Management, she played a pivotal role in growing women’s apparel into a $1B business, delivering strong revenue, margin, and product innovation.
Earlier in her career, she worked at Target as a Design Manager and Trend Manager for men’s and women’s apparel, before moving into global product sourcing, where she managed $600M+ in annual product receipts. She also held senior merchandising roles at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., where she contributed to category expansion and brand development.
