Phoenix, Arizona, United States, September 2025 – Café Valley, Inc. has appointed Kimberly Moncher as its new Vice President, Human Resources. In this leadership role, Moncher will oversee the company’s people strategy, shaping HR practices to support Café Valley’s continued growth and commitment to delivering high-quality baked goods across the United States and international markets.
Moncher joins Café Valley after serving as Senior Director, Human Resources at Cordia for three years, where she drove strategic HR initiatives, talent development, and organizational alignment to support business expansion.
Prior to Cordia, she worked as AVP, People Services at Aveanna Healthcare, where she led HR operations and employee engagement strategies to strengthen organizational performance in the healthcare sector.
Her career also includes three years as Sr. Director, Global Human Resources at CWIE, where she managed HR functions on an international scale, as well as earlier experience as an Organizational Change Management Analyst at Arizona State University.
Moncher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Services from Ottawa University and a Master of Arts in Human Dynamics (Organizational Behavior) from Western International University.
