Boston, Massachusetts, United States, April 2025 – Kimberly Saturley has joined Thrive, a global leader in cybersecurity and technology outsourcing, as Chief People Officer (CPO). In this role, she will drive the company’s people strategy across global markets, supporting its rapid growth through talent alignment, employee experience, leadership development, and cultural transformation.
Prior to joining Thrive, Kimberly Saturley served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Aqua Security, where she led the global HR agenda for over four years. During her time there, she held multiple leadership positions including VP People – Americas and Global GTM and Head of Global GTM HR, where she was instrumental in aligning HR with go-to-market strategy and international scale-up efforts. Her contributions were pivotal in shaping the organization’s high-performance culture and data-driven HR transformation.
Before Aqua Security, she was the Chief People Officer at Medicus Healthcare Solutions, where she helped build robust HR capabilities, coached leadership teams, and implemented talent and engagement frameworks. At Zerto, she served as Director of Human Resources, where she introduced people analytics and scalable HR programs during a high-growth phase. Earlier, at Dyn, she worked as Director & Talent Business Partner, partnering with senior leadership to embed HR strategy across product and engineering functions.
Her prior experience includes leadership roles at Lilliputian Systems and Cedar Point Communications, where she was deeply involved in organization design, executive coaching, and global workforce initiatives. At Cedar Point, where she spent nearly 11 years, she rose to Senior Director, Human Resources, helping navigate acquisitions and enterprise-wide change management. These roles showcased her expertise in scaling HR systems and improving employee experience in complex environments.
Earlier in her career, she held key HR positions at RAScom/Lucent Technologies, Corico Technical Recruiters, and Cerepoint, Inc., developing a solid foundation in recruitment, policy design, and operational HR excellence. These experiences shaped her as a strategic, empathetic, and execution-focused people leader. With a career spanning over 30 years, Kimberly Saturley brings unparalleled depth in HR transformation and culture-building across the tech, healthcare, and SaaS sectors.
