London, England, United Kingdom, January 2025 – Kingsley U. has been promoted to Vice President, Recruitment & Talent at Cubico Sustainable Investments, where he will lead talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and workforce planning to support the company’s growth in the renewable energy sector.
Prior to this promotion, Kingsley U. served as Manager, Recruitment & Talent at Cubico Sustainable Investments, where he played a key role in building high-performing teams and driving strategic hiring initiatives.
Before joining Cubico, he co-founded Cameron Kingsley, a financial recruitment firm specializing in Accounting & Finance professionals, collaborating with blue-chip multinationals, private equity firms, and SMEs.
Earlier in his career, he held several key roles at Goodman Masson, including Executive Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Consultant, where he specialized in talent acquisition for the Energy, Commodities, and Financial Services industries.
