Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced the appointment of Kinshuk Gupta as its Chief Communications Officer, marking a new phase in his distinguished career spanning more than two decades in corporate communications, brand strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
Kinshuk joins TCS following an impactful tenure of over three years as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications at Bharti Airtel, where he played a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s communications strategy, managing leadership narratives, and driving reputation management for one of India’s largest telecom enterprises. His strategic direction at Airtel strengthened the brand’s voice across multiple platforms and elevated its engagement with key stakeholders during an era of rapid industry transformation.
With extensive leadership experience across global organizations such as GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, GSK Consumer Healthcare India, Max Healthcare, Edelman India, Hanmer MSL Communications, and IPAN Hill & Knowlton, Kinshuk brings to TCS a unique blend of expertise across reputation management, stakeholder communications, public affairs, crisis management, and CSR strategy.
Before his tenure at Airtel, he headed Corporate Affairs for India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, leading listed-entity communications, corporate reputation programs, and leadership engagement initiatives across South Asia. Earlier, as Head of Communications and CSR at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, he partnered closely with regional and global teams to align corporate narratives, manage crises, and drive impactful community engagement programs.
Kinshuk’s earlier experience includes key roles at Max Healthcare, Vaishnavi Corporate Communications, and Protech India Limited, where he built a strong foundation in corporate communications, client strategy, and stakeholder engagement across sectors such as technology, healthcare, FMCG, energy, aviation, and telecom. His deep understanding of both legacy corporations and fast-evolving industries positions him strongly to lead TCS’s global communications strategy, reinforcing the company’s reputation as a trusted digital transformation partner to enterprises worldwide.
