In his new position, Kipp will continue to drive enterprise-wide strategies that connect people, process, and technology, shaping a thriving employee experience that supports Integrity’s purpose-driven mission.
With over a decade of progressive experience in talent acquisition, culture enablement, and organizational strategy, Kipp has been a key contributor to Integrity’s people transformation journey since joining the company. In his previous roles as Senior Director, People & Culture Enablement and Senior Director, Talent Acquisition & Culture, he led initiatives spanning Talent Acquisition, Culture and Employee Experience, People Analytics, Engagement, and People Technology, including the implementation of Workday HRIS. His leadership has been instrumental in building scalable, people-first solutions that enhance how Integrity attracts, engages, and supports talent across its nationwide network.
Before joining Integrity, Kipp spent over six years with Caliber Holdings Corporation, where he served as Senior Director and Director of Talent Acquisition. There, he oversaw recruitment for over 25,000 teammates across 1,500+ locations in 40 states, developing talent strategies for large-scale growth and leading digital transformation in hiring and onboarding processes. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with Cooks Collision and Herbalife Nutrition, where he refined his expertise in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and workforce planning.
