A seasoned Chartered Accountant, Kiran brings over two decades of financial leadership experience across global enterprises. His career reflects deep expertise in FP&A, operations, risk management, compliance, and finance transformation, coupled with a strong record of enabling business growth through financial discipline and strategic foresight.
Prior to this appointment, Kiran served as Executive Director at Broadridge India, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening financial operations and organizational efficiency. Before joining Broadridge, he spent over 21 years at Dell International Services India as Vice President – Finance, leading diverse global functions including FP&A, business operations, controls, and transformation programs that elevated financial governance and operational excellence.
