Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, October 2024 – Saanvari Malhotra has recently started her new role as Associate Director Human Resources at HCLTech. After serving as General Manager Human Resources for almost three years, Saanvari has been promoted to this key leadership position where she will continue to lead the recruitment efforts for non-financial sector clients globally within HCLTech’s Digital Process Outsourcing (DPO) Business Unit. She also spearheads Internal Communications and the Leadership Onboarding Experience globally, managing a team of over 50 recruiters.
In her new role, Saanvari will oversee talent acquisition strategies, stakeholder management, and team development, contributing to HCLTech’s growth and success in the technology sector.
Saanvari brings a wealth of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to her new position. In her previous role as General Manager Human Resources at HCLTech, she led the recruitment for non-financial sector clients globally, focusing on the Digital Process Outsourcing Business Unit. Her leadership extended to internal communications and onboarding processes for senior leadership.
Prior to joining HCLTech, Saanvari held leadership roles at Tata Aerospace and Defense Ltd as Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. She managed recruitment across various business units, including Tata Motors’ Land Mobility, Defense Division, and Tata Advanced Systems. Her career also includes experience at Info Edge India Ltd as Associate Vice President – Talent Acquisition, overseeing hiring for several of the group’s companies, including Naukri.com, 99acres.com, and Jeevansathi.com.
With over 15 years of experience in talent management and recruitment across sectors like technology, telecom, and defense, Saanvari’s leadership and expertise in stakeholder management, employer branding, and team development have been instrumental in driving successful HR strategies in her roles.
