After serving as Senior Director, Human Resource Business Partner, Mushtaq will now oversee the strategic direction of human resources at iA, driving people management initiatives that align with the company’s growth and innovation-focused goals. His experience in HR strategy and leadership will be pivotal in shaping iA’s culture and ensuring its continued success in the competitive pharmacy fulfillment space.
Mushtaq has been a key contributor at iA, leading HR operations, talent management, and organizational development during his tenure as Senior Director. In his new role, he will continue to champion initiatives that improve employee engagement, productivity, and leadership development.
Mushtaq Ahangar brings a wealth of experience in human resources, having worked in various leadership roles prior to his appointment at iA. As Senior Director, Human Resource Business Partner at iA, he drove HR strategy and operations, focusing on areas like legal compliance, performance management, and employee relations.
Before joining iA, Mushtaq was the Regional Human Resources Manager (Eastern Region) at Noodles & Company, where he was responsible for talent management, coaching, and leadership development for the eastern region. Prior to that, he held significant HR roles at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where he focused on retail operations and HR business partnerships.
Mushtaq’s early career experience includes roles at Staples and DePauw University, where he managed HR programs, benefits administration, and employee onboarding, contributing to the development and success of HR teams at various organizations.
