Irvine, California, United States, October 2024 – Ashly Williams has joined Pacific Rim Capital, Inc. (PRC) as the Vice President of People and Culture. In her new role, Ashly will lead the company’s human resources and culture initiatives, driving strategies to foster talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. Her extensive experience in HR leadership will be pivotal as PRC continues to grow and strengthen its workforce across North America and internationally.
Prior to joining PRC, Ashly Williams was the Vice President of Human Resources at Segerstrom Center for the Arts for one year, where she was responsible for leading HR functions and cultivating a collaborative workplace environment. Her work contributed to the operational success of the organization, focusing on employee engagement, talent retention, and workforce development.
Before Segerstrom, Ashly spent nearly nine years at Veri-Tax, where she held various HR leadership positions, including Senior Director of People Operations. During her tenure, she led all HR functions, including training, quality assurance, and disaster recovery strategies. She also spearheaded process innovation, capacity planning, and the company’s scaling efforts, which played a key role in the company’s success.
Ashly has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Vanguard University of Southern California, mentoring students in behavioral sciences, and as a Managing Partner at Better Home Exteriors, where she oversaw organizational policies, payroll, benefits, and talent acquisition.
