Before joining Insta Group, Joshi served as General Manager at upGrad, where she led HR strategies that significantly contributed to the company’s rapid growth over three years. Prior to this, Joshi held a Manager – HR role at LearningMate, where she successfully implemented leadership programs and drove talent management initiatives.
Joshi’s career began with roles at HCL Technologies and Ness Digital Engineering, where she gained experience in payroll, performance management, and HR analytics. Over her 15+ years in HR, Joshi has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a strategic approach to HR management.
