Bangkok, Bangkok City, Thailand, January 2025 – Aa Sahawatcharin has been appointed as Chief People & Culture and Corporate Affairs Officer at Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand). In this pivotal role, Sahawatcharin will spearhead the company’s people strategy and corporate affairs initiatives, driving employee engagement, talent development, and organizational culture, while also strengthening the company’s public and corporate relations.
With nearly two decades of extensive experience across multiple regions and industries, Sahawatcharin is recognized for leading large-scale transformations, enhancing people experiences, and delivering impactful business outcomes.

Before joining Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand), Aa Sahawatcharin held leadership positions at Unilever, including Global Head of People Experience Transformation and Vice President Human Resources for Southeast Asia. During this time, Sahawatcharin implemented innovative HR strategies that improved organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Prior to Unilever, Sahawatcharin served as HR Director, Southeast Asia at Mondelēz International, where significant achievements included talent acquisition improvements and regional HR optimization. Earlier, Sahawatcharin gained experience at Philip Morris International and Cadbury plc, holding global and regional roles that honed expertise in talent management, compensation, and organizational development.
