Helsinki, Finland, September 2025 — Kirsi Parviainen has been appointed as Head of Performance Management Consulting at PwC Finland, where she will lead advisory services focused on finance transformation, M&A, restructuring, margin improvement, and analytics. In this leadership role, she will guide organizations through complex change while helping them unlock performance and efficiency.
Kirsi joined PwC Finland in 2024 as a Partner, where she has been driving business-led SAP transformations, SAP advisory, and business development initiatives. Her expertise in digital transformation and technology-enabled business change has positioned her as a trusted advisor for organizations navigating large-scale transformation.
Previously, Kirsi was Director and Head of PBS | Application Services Finland at Capgemini, where she led the SAP practice, oversaw capability and business development, and acted as Delivery Executive on strategic engagements. Her tenure at Capgemini spanned more than 15 years across multiple roles, including Account Executive, Program Director, Delivery Manager, SAP Service and Engagement Manager, and SAP Application Consultant, giving her deep expertise in SAP-enabled transformation and delivery management.
Kirsi also played a pivotal role at CastorIT Oy as a Managing Consultant and member of the management team, where she guided clients through technology and business change, solidifying her reputation as a leader in performance and transformation consulting.
