Bangkok, Thailand, January 2025 – Kittikarn Oue-amornrat has been appointed as the Vice President, People Development at KASIKORNBANK. In this role, Kittikarn will lead the bank’s people development strategies, focusing on talent growth, organizational development, and leadership advancement across the company.
Kittikarn has been with KASIKORNBANK for over two years, previously serving as Assistant Vice President, People Development, where she focused on staff development, curriculum design, and leadership growth initiatives.
Before joining KASIKORNBANK, she was the Talent Supply Demand Associate Manager at IT One, overseeing talent planning and workforce strategies for over a year. Prior to that, Kittikarn worked with Ford Motor Company for more than six years, leading talent acquisition, learning and development initiatives, and organizational training programs across multiple departments.
She also held roles as an Advisory HC – Learning & Development Specialist at PwC and managed customer support training and marketing information research at Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. earlier in her career.
