Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, December 2025 — Knight Frank has announced the appointment of Kristin Hay as Chief People Officer, Asia-Pacific, in addition to her ongoing role as Chief People Officer, Australia. The appointment also includes a seat on the Asia-Pacific regional board, further strengthening people leadership across the region.
With over 30 years of experience in People & Culture and more than 15 years of living and working across Asia, Kristin Hay brings a unique combination of global expertise and deep regional understanding to the role.
Since joining Knight Frank over five years ago, Kristin has led a significant transformation of the firm’s culture in Australia. Her work has included introducing stronger systems and technology, strengthening reward frameworks, and championing more human-centred ways of working that enrich the experience of the firm’s people.
