Stephanie Blount Appointed as Head of Talent, EY-Parthenon at EY-Parthenon

Stephanie Blount brings over eight years of experience at EY-Parthenon, where she has held several key positions. Prior to her promotion, she served as Talent Leader for EY-Parthenon Strategy for over five years, during which she played a vital role in driving the company’s talent strategy and alignment with its strategic initiatives.

Before that, Stephanie worked as a Senior Consultant at EY-Parthenon for nine months, where she led various engagements in the consumer products industry. Her work focused on growth strategy, performance improvement, and commercial diligence, providing valuable insights to clients.

Stephanie’s journey in the industry began as a Consultant at EY-Parthenon for two years, where she supported strategic engagements for a wide range of clients, offering solutions for business challenges in growth, transformation, and turnaround strategies.

Prior to joining EY-Parthenon, she gained critical experience as an MBA Intern in Enterprise Marketing at athenahealth, where she conducted market research in healthcare technology and helped strengthen the company’s competitive position. This early role shaped her strategic approach to business operations and talent management.

Stephanie’s early career includes roles at The Ihangane Project in Rwanda, where she served as Country Director, overseeing key programs focused on nutrition, sustainable agriculture, and women’s empowerment. Her diverse background, from finance at Deutsche Bank to global development, has equipped her with a unique perspective in her leadership journey.
