With nearly two years in strategic people leadership at St Vincent’s, this promotion marks a key milestone in her ongoing commitment to enhancing workforce culture across its private hospital network.
Prior to her new appointment, Kolleen excelled as Head of People – Projects and Change, where she drove organizational transformation initiatives. Before that, she played a critical role as Head of People Partnering – Care Services, strengthening people systems across care divisions. Her HR journey began with a long-standing tenure at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba as Executive Manager – People and Culture, where she led HR strategy and culture across multiple service lines for nearly 19 years. Earlier, she served as Senior Service Development Manager at the Endeavour Foundation, focusing on service evolution and staff development.
Kolleen holds a degree in Psychology (Neuroscience) from The University of Lethbridge, showcasing a strong foundation in human behaviour—a vital asset as she continues to foster inclusive, compassionate workplaces in private health settings.
