Aalborg, North Denmark Region, Denmark, August 2024 – Komal Sharma has taken on the role of Director – Human Resources at OYO Vacation Homes, where she will lead the HRBP function for India Corp, Tech, Product, and Talent Acquisition across the European region. In this role, Komal will focus on high-volume mandates for luxury brands under OYO Vacation Homes, driving the growth of these brands in competitive markets.
Prior to this role, Komal served as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at OYO Vacation Homes for nearly three years, where she was instrumental in global talent acquisition, international recruitment, and strategic hiring initiatives that supported the company’s expansion.
Before joining OYO, Komal was a Talent Acquisition Consultant at AACE HR Consultancy in Dubai, where she specialized in leadership hiring for retail giants across the MENA/SEA regions. Her strong networking and connections played a pivotal role in fulfilling senior leadership roles for major clients like Majid Al Futtaim and Al Shaya Group.
Komal’s extensive experience in HR also includes her time at NIIT Limited as a Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, where she managed the talent acquisition function for retail and education businesses across India. She also held the position of Head Human Resources at Home Credit India, where she was a key member of the core management team responsible for all strategic and operational HR activities.
