Hyderabad, Telangana, India, March 2025 – Krishnaprasad Vadlamani has taken charge as Plant Head HR at JK Fenner (India) Ltd, a leading manufacturer in the power transmission and automotive solutions segment. In his new role, Krishnaprasad will lead HR strategy and operations for the plant, focusing on employee engagement, compliance, industrial relations, and talent development to drive operational excellence at the unit level.
Before rejoining JK Fenner, Krishnaprasad served as Regional Human Resources Manager at KD Supply Chain Solutions Pvt Ltd, where he was responsible for overseeing HR operations, employee learning and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance across multiple sites in Telangana.

Earlier, he worked as Deputy Manager – HR (Corporate) at Puissant Global Pvt. Ltd., managing HR policies, PMS, legal compliance, and talent acquisition. His focus areas included employee relations, recognition programs, and training frameworks to align with business goals.
Previously, Krishnaprasad held the role of Assistant Manager HR & Admin at JK Fenner (India) Ltd, gaining valuable exposure to employee development, engagement, talent management, and HR excellence initiatives—experience that enriches his return to the organization in a leadership capacity.
His earlier stints include HR roles at GEPIL (Gujarat Environment Protection & Infrastructure Ltd.), Lemon Media Company, and WaterHealth International, where he managed end-to-end HR operations, statutory audits, payroll, and employee benefits. Krishnaprasad holds an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing from Amravati University, with over 13 years of HR experience across diverse sectors.
