New York City Metropolitan Area, United States, March 2025 – Kristen H. has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Arrow Security, stepping into the role after serving as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at the same organization. In her new capacity, Kristen will be responsible for leading all aspects of Arrow Security’s human capital strategy, with a focus on employee engagement, workforce planning, leadership development, and cultivating a culture rooted in the company’s core values of care and service excellence.
Before joining Arrow Security, Kristen spent over 10 years at Cisive, where she served as Vice President, People & Culture. During her tenure, she spearheaded numerous HR transformation projects, enhanced applicant tracking systems, and built strategic programs to elevate talent acquisition, development, and retention across the organization.

Kristen holds a Masters of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School and an MBA from Dowling College, equipping her with a robust foundation in both business and employment law that enhances her leadership in complex, people-centric organizations.
