Mohammed Al-Najjar Appointed as Head of Human Capital Services at Aspetar سبيتار

Doha, Qatar, December 2025 – Mohammed Al-Najjar has taken on a new leadership role as Head of Human Capital Services at Aspetar سبيتار. In this role, he is responsible for strengthening human capital governance, payroll and people operations, workforce planning, and quality frameworks supporting Aspetar’s globally recognised sports medicine and orthopaedic care ecosystem.

In his current role at Aspetar سبيتار, Mohammed is leading human capital services, payroll governance, workforce planning, and people operations, enabling Aspetar’s multidisciplinary clinical, research, and performance teams.

Prior to joining Aspetar, he served as Senior Auditor at the State Audit Bureau – Qatar, where he led auditing and financial audit assignments across public sector institutions.

Earlier, he was Director of Planning and Quality at the Public Prosecution, where he led planning frameworks, governance, and institutional quality assurance initiatives.

Before that, Mohammed served as Senior Internal Auditor at Qatar Steel Company, supporting financial governance, risk, and compliance functions.

He began his professional journey at Hamad Medical Corporation as a Human Resources Payroll Coordinator, building strong foundations in payroll operations and HR accounting.

Mohammed holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corruption, Law and Governance from the University of Sussex.
