Chicago, Illinois, United States, December 2025 — Kristen Parr has started a new position as Managing Director, Human Capital Solutions Leader with the M&A and Private Equity Portfolio Solutions practice at Gallagher. In this role, she will play a key leadership part in scaling Gallagher’s market-leading national capability in human capital advisory, supporting clients through mergers, acquisitions, and complex transactional risk scenarios. Her mandate focuses on delivering differentiated, data-driven people solutions that strengthen deal value, integration outcomes, and long-term portfolio performance.
In her most recent experience prior to joining Gallagher in this expanded leadership role, Kristen Parr spent close to five years with Risk International, an Artex Company, where she progressed through senior leadership responsibilities. As Senior Director, she worked closely with private equity sponsors, corporates, and advisors, driving client performance, M&A-linked advisory engagements, and high-impact relationship management. Earlier, as Director, Client Performance, she focused on strategic communications, client outcomes, and scalable service delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Before Risk International, Kristen Parr built a strong foundation in healthcare and managed care with UnitedHealth Group, where she spent over seven years in progressively responsible roles. Her work spanned Provider Network Management, Managed Care Program Management, and Senior Clinical Administrative Coordination, giving her deep exposure to regulated environments, operational scale, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven decision-making.
Alongside her corporate leadership journey, Kristen Parr has extensive entrepreneurial and advisory experience through Parr Insurance, where she served as a Benefit Consultant and Broker for over a decade. In this capacity, she advised clients on employee benefits, insurance strategy, and workforce-related risk, building long-term client relationships and business growth capabilities.
Earlier in her career, Kristen Parr held commercial and corporate services roles with Madison Partners as Director, Corporate Services, and with Cushman & Wakefield as National Account Manager, developing strong expertise in client development, national account strategy, and complex service solutions.
