Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom, August 2025 – Toma Pagojute has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Ripjar, where she will lead the company’s people strategy, talent development, and organizational culture to support its mission of using advanced AI to transform complex data into actionable insights. In her new role, Toma will partner with leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives, strengthen global talent capability, and create an inclusive, high-performance environment aligned with Ripjar’s rapid growth.
Before joining Ripjar, Toma served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Quinyx for over six years. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s people operations for a fast-growing B2B SaaS technology firm, optimizing workforce planning, and introducing innovative HR solutions to support blue-collar and service organizations globally.
Earlier, she held the role of Director of People, EMEA & APJ at Couchbase for more than three years. She was the first HR representative in the region, supporting employees and managers across 13 countries. She led the setup of new operations in multiple geographies, implemented the company’s first HRIS system, redesigned onboarding processes, revamped employee benefits, and served as GDPR subject matter expert for global HR.
Toma also worked as People Partner, EMEA at MuleSoft for nearly a year, where she supported teams across multiple European countries, guided leaders through complex employee relations cases, revamped onboarding programs, and improved retention through data-driven initiatives.
She began her career with Northplains (formerly VYRE Ltd), spending nine years in various HR leadership roles, including Global HR Manager/Business Partner. She built HR functions from the ground up, developed graduate programs, redesigned benefits, led organizational culture initiatives, and supported due diligence and integration during company acquisitions.
Toma holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University.
