Boston, Massachusetts, United States, January 2025 – Kristin Dreisch has been promoted to Vice President, Talent & Engagement at Suffolk Construction, where she will lead enterprise-wide strategies to enhance employee experience, engagement, and talent development. In this role, Kristin will focus on aligning Suffolk’s people-centric initiatives with its ambitious growth trajectory, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture across the organization.
Kristin has been an integral part of Suffolk Construction for the past seven years, holding several impactful roles. Most recently, as Senior Director, People & Culture, Experience & Engagement, she drove Suffolk’s people experience roadmap, earning the company recognition as a Great Place to Work for the fifth consecutive year in 2024 and inclusion on FORTUNE’s Best Workplaces in Construction in 2023. She also spearheaded the Suffolk Starts onboarding program and initiatives that aligned employee engagement strategies with business goals.

Previously, Kristin served as Director, Talent Partner, where she partnered with executive leadership on talent pipeline readiness, facilitated annual talent reviews, and implemented executive onboarding programs. As Senior Manager, National Talent Acquisition, she revamped Suffolk’s recruitment strategies, including launching the enterprise-wide onboarding redesign and implementing innovative tools like the Avature CRM platform.
Prior to joining Suffolk, Kristin held key recruitment and talent acquisition roles at Insight Global, where she led full-lifecycle recruitment and developed creative strategies to meet client needs.
