Kristin joined BookNook in 2023 as Chief Operating Officer, where she played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s services, including launching its math tutoring programs. Kristin’s career includes leadership roles at NWEA and Questar Assessment, where she successfully scaled operations and delivered high-quality educational services.
