New York, United States, July 2025 – Kristina Brown has taken on the role of Vice President, Human Resources at NBCUniversal. In this strategic leadership role, she will oversee HR operations across key verticals within the organization, driving initiatives related to talent development, employee engagement, organizational design, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Prior to joining NBCUniversal, Kristina Brown spent nearly a decade at TelevisaUnivision, where she rose through the ranks to become Vice President Human Resources. Over her tenure, she also served as Human Resources Regional Director, Human Resources Director, and HR Manager, contributing significantly to organizational effectiveness and regional HR transformation.
Before her tenure at TelevisaUnivision, Kristina was with GGB Bearing Technology for close to eight years. Starting as an Inside Sales Leader, she transitioned into HR, eventually becoming Human Resources Manager, where she was responsible for employee relations, leadership development, and compliance programs across multiple locations.
She began her HR career at PHH Mortgage, where she served for over five years as a Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor, playing a foundational role in building strong customer service teams and laying the groundwork for her people-centric leadership journey.
