Wilmington, North Carolina, United States, March 2025 – Kristina Light has joined Advantage Communications Group as Human Resources Director. In this role, she will lead HR strategy, talent development, and organizational initiatives for the company’s global workforce. With her extensive experience in HR transformation, leadership development, and talent strategy, Kristina will play a key role in driving Advantage Communications Group’s people strategy forward.
Prior to joining Advantage Communications Group, Light was Human Resources Director at CloudWyze, where she led HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational development during a period of rapid growth. She played a pivotal role in talent acquisition, compensation planning, and leadership coaching.
Before CloudWyze, she served as Human Resources Director at Alliance Animal Health, where she supported the company’s expansion from 35 locations with $75M in revenue to 180 locations with over $400M in annual revenue across 27 states. She led HR governance, benefits administration, mergers and acquisitions, and workforce planning, ensuring scalability and efficiency in HR operations.
Earlier, Light held key HR leadership roles, including HRBP for Americas & Asia at Antenna International and HR Director at LogicSource, Inc., where she focused on HR technology implementation, performance management, and talent development. Her experience spans multiple industries, including technology, healthcare, and financial services, making her a well-rounded HR leader.
