Bangkok City, Thailand, April 2025 – Krittaya Chaisomboon has taken on a new leadership role as Head of Human Resources at Central Marketing Group (CMG), one of Thailand’s leading retail brand operators and exclusive distributor for numerous global fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. In this new position, she will spearhead the company’s HR strategies to support business growth, talent development, and organizational culture transformation.
Before joining CMG, Krittaya served as Head of Human Resources at Power Buy Thailand for nearly three years, where she led end-to-end HR operations across the electronics retail giant. She played a key role in organizational redesign, leadership development, and embedding a high-performance culture aligned with business priorities.
Prior to that, Krittaya was Chief People Officer at Fillgoods Technology, where she focused on scaling HR capabilities for a fast-growing technology startup. She also made a significant impact at dtac, where she held the role of Head of People Partners / People & Leadership Development for over three years, leading talent strategy and development programs in a dynamic telecommunications environment.
Earlier in her career, she built her expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, and learning at AkzoNobel, TMB Bank, and Iron and Steel Institute of Thailand, alongside her consultancy leadership at HIM Consultancy. Her well-rounded experience positions her to drive CMG’s people agenda across its expansive brand ecosystem.
