Gurgaon, Haryana, India, April 2025 – Gaurav Lahiri has been promoted to Managing Director at Deloitte, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey with the firm. In this elevated role, Gaurav will continue to guide strategic transformation initiatives while strengthening Deloitte’s market leadership and client impact across key geographies.
Prior to this promotion, Gaurav Lahiri served as Partner, Cluster Markets and Geographies at Deloitte, where he played a vital role in leading multi-market strategies and expanding Deloitte’s service footprint across India and neighboring clusters.
Before this, he was Partner & National Service Area Leader, Human Capital at Deloitte for over six years, where he led large-scale organizational transformation projects and was instrumental in driving human capital innovation across industries.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Gaurav was Regional Director, Fast Growing Markets at Korn Ferry Hay Group, where he led business expansion and consulting delivery across dynamic markets. He also held a global role as VP, Global Talent and Organization Effectiveness at Levi Strauss & Co. in San Francisco, leading talent strategy during a pivotal phase of the brand’s transformation.
Gaurav’s earlier experience spans over a decade with Hay Group, where he held roles including Managing Director, Director, and Senior Consultant, working across India, the UK, Singapore, and Australia. His career began at Arthur Andersen & Co., where he laid the groundwork for a distinguished consulting trajectory.
