Hyderabad, Telangana, India, October 2025 – Hexagon R&D India, the global technology and innovation powerhouse’s largest research and development hub, has announced the appointment of Krupali Raval as Director – Human Resources. This marks a significant milestone in her distinguished HR leadership journey spanning more than 14 years across global organizations.
In her new role, Krupali Raval will lead the organization’s people and culture strategy, focusing on leadership excellence, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement to drive sustainable organizational growth. A certified psychometric professional and graduate of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH), Krupali is known for combining behavioral insights with strategic business alignment to create workplaces that inspire innovation and belonging. Recognized among India’s Top 100 Great People Managers (2023), she brings a proven ability to build inclusive cultures and foster leadership capabilities across global teams.
Before joining Hexagon R&D India, Krupali Raval served at Disney Star as Senior Manager – Human Resources, where she led initiatives in strategic HR leadership, talent management, leadership development, and DEI. Her people-first approach helped strengthen employee engagement and align HR interventions with organizational priorities across dynamic media and entertainment businesses.
Earlier, Krupali held the role of Associate Director – Human Resources at ValueLabs, where she spent over seven years driving talent management, succession planning, and performance improvement. She also spearheaded innovative learning programs, launched gamified L&D platforms, and implemented early warning systems for employee well-being.
She began her professional journey at Apex CoVantage as HR Executive, handling end-to-end business unit HR operations, policy design, and leadership hiring. Her early experiences in talent acquisition and HR operations laid a strong foundation for her later success in strategic HR and people development roles.
