Tbilisi, Georgia – November 2024 – Elene Gavasheli has joined Adjara Group as the Head of People and Culture Department.
Most recently, Elene was the Human Capital Manager at Rooms Hotels, where she spent over a year enhancing human capital strategies and aligning talent management with the company’s goals. Her work focused on fostering a cohesive and engaged workforce within the hospitality industry.
Before that, she served as the Human Capital Manager at Archi, where she was responsible for the human capital initiatives that supported the company’s operational growth. Her role involved strategic hiring and developing frameworks for employee engagement, adding value to the organization’s overall human resources function.
Elene also contributed to Episode Hotels as a People Management Partner in 2022, where she played an essential role in managing employee relations and talent acquisition, ensuring alignment with the company’s cultural and operational objectives. Additionally, her role as an HR Specialist in the Selection & Recruitment Division at PSP Pharmacy equipped her with recruitment and employee selection expertise.
Earlier in her career, Elene gained valuable HR experience at Palitra Media Holding, where she held progressive roles, starting as a Human Capital Intern and advancing to Human Capital Specialist and Human Capital Manager. Her work encompassed talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives, setting the foundation for her career in human resources.
