In his most recent role, Mohamed served as the Group Human Resources Manager at Prime Group in Dubai for over four years, where he was instrumental in overseeing HR policy compliance, senior stakeholder management, and resource management. Before Prime Group, Mohamed held the position of HR & Administration Manager at Bin Dhaen Holding PJSC, also in Dubai, for more than four years. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Al Ashram Contracting Company. His responsibilities included recruitment support, managing employee records, and coordinating onboarding processes. Mohamed also has valuable experience as an HR Coordinator at Bristol-Myers Squibb in Egypt, where he managed personnel files, coordinated recruitment processes, and ensured legal compliance in HR practices.
