Dubai, United Arab Emirates, April 2026 – Anusha Kamlesh has been promoted to the role of Head of Compensation & Benefits – India, Middle East and Africa at ENGIE, marking a significant milestone in her HR leadership journey within the organization.
In her expanded role, Anusha will lead compensation strategy, rewards frameworks, and benefits programs across multiple geographies, supporting ENGIE’s efforts to build competitive, equitable, and future-ready people practices across the IMEA region.
Prior to this promotion, Anusha Kamlesh has been serving as Human Resources Region Lead – GCC & Pakistan at ENGIE, where she played a key role in driving regional HR strategies, talent initiatives, and organizational effectiveness across diverse markets.
Before joining ENGIE, she worked with noon as Manager, People Experience, contributing to enhancing employee experience and building people-centric processes in a fast-paced digital environment.
She also held a consulting role at Area9 Lyceum, where she supported learning and organizational initiatives, followed by her tenure at GSM Project as People and Organization Manager – MENA, where she managed HR operations and people strategy across the region.
Earlier in her career, Anusha served as Group HR Lead – Strategy and Development at Eversendai Corporation Berhad, where she led global HR transformation initiatives across multiple group companies, focusing on talent management, competency frameworks, and global mobility.
She began building her HR leadership foundation at Tata Motors as an HR Business Partner, where she managed HR operations across multiple states, supporting sales, marketing, and service functions while driving talent management, performance systems, and workforce planning.
With over a decade of experience, she brings strong expertise in compensation & benefits, HR strategy, talent management, and organizational transformation.
