In her new role, Kusum will lead HR development initiatives, talent management, and workforce capability programs, contributing to Shivac’s mission of driving excellence and innovation in the renewable energy sector.
Kusum brings over eight years of human resources experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR operations. Before joining Shivac Solar, she served at Metacube Software Pvt. Ltd. as Talent Acquisition Executive, where she managed end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business units. Her responsibilities included sourcing, interview coordination, salary negotiations, and onboarding, helping the company attract and retain top technology talent to fuel its digital growth.
Prior to that, Kusum worked with Ascent Cyber Solutions as Talent Acquisition Executive, where she led strategic hiring initiatives and built a strong talent pipeline for clients across the IT and cyber solutions space. Her early career provided her with deep insights into workforce planning, candidate engagement, and aligning HR practices with evolving business needs — a foundation that continues to define her approach to people management today.
At Shivac Solar, Kusum’s focus will be on strengthening HR frameworks, enhancing employee development programs, and supporting organizational culture as the company scales its operations across renewable energy projects in India.
