Eileen Auen, Lead Board Director for Axia Women’s Health, shared, “Kyle is an outstanding leader who brings a proven track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and profitability for independent physician practices. His deep technical experience and commitment to expanding access to care, especially for vulnerable populations, make him an excellent fit.”

Snook brings a distinguished leadership background in healthcare. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at PRISM Vision Group, a leading ophthalmology administrative services organization with over 100 affiliated locations. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Strive Health and DaVita, where he gained extensive experience in value-based care models and scaling healthcare operations.

A West Point graduate with a degree in engineering, Snook also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He served in the U.S. Army as a Combat Platoon Leader with the 101st Airborne Division, earning a Purple Heart for his service in Afghanistan—highlighting his commitment, discipline, and leadership.

Sujit John, Managing Director, Private Equity Health and Life at Partners Group, the majority investor in Axia, added, “We’re thrilled to have Kyle leading Axia Women’s Health during this critical stage of growth. His leadership will be instrumental as we expand Axia’s reach and bring high-quality care to even more women across the country.”

Snook expressed enthusiasm for his new role, stating, “I’m honored to join Axia, an organization with such a strong legacy of best-in-class women’s healthcare. I’m looking forward to building on this foundation and working alongside our dedicated clinical and executive leadership team to further Axia’s growth.”
