Darien, Connecticut, United States, January 2025 – Lacey Ryan has joined DR Bank as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer, where she will lead the bank’s IT operations and drive innovation to enhance its technological capabilities. With extensive experience in information technology and strategic leadership, Lacey is poised to elevate DR Bank’s technological offerings while ensuring robust and secure systems for its customers.
Prior to joining DR Bank, Lacey Ryan served as VP Senior Manager, Non-Financial Risk Oversight at Citizens, where she played a critical role in overseeing risk management frameworks and processes. During her tenure, she ensured robust risk mitigation and compliance for the organization.

Earlier, Lacey held multiple leadership roles at Metropolitan Commercial Bank, including First Vice President, IT Operations Director, where she directed IT operations and contributed to digital transformation initiatives. She also served as First Vice President, Information Systems, overseeing technology strategies to support the bank’s growth.
At Savings Bank of Danbury, Lacey was instrumental in strengthening the bank’s IT infrastructure as Vice President, Information Technology and Assistant Vice President / IT Manager. Her efforts focused on modernizing systems and improving customer service through innovative technology solutions.
Lacey began her career as a Software Engineer at IBM, where she honed her technical expertise by leading cross-functional project planning and software engineering. Over the years, she has built a strong foundation in IT management, systems architecture, and project leadership across various organizations, including CDI, Majestic Insurance Company, and Eastman Kodak Company.
