Orlando, Florida, United States, July 2024 – Lakshmi Venukumar has started a new role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Pitch Labs. In this capacity, Lakshmi will lead the human resources strategies to enhance the company’s HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
Lakshmi Venukumar has been with Pitch Labs for six months. Prior to her new role, she served as the Human Resources Officer, where she demonstrated exceptional skills in training, onboarding, and corporate recruiting.
Before joining Pitch Labs, Lakshmi was a Senior Editor at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group. In this role, she showcased her attention to detail and editorial skills. She then transitioned to Mindtree Ltd. as a Senior Associate, focusing on contract management and sales support.
Her career in human resources began at SFJ Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where she worked as an Sr. HR Executive (Generalist), handling manpower planning, end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations. Lakshmi also gained valuable experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Dell, managing the recruitment cycle and onboarding processes.
Earlier in her career, she served as an HR Associate at Wipro Technologies, where she led the Campus Manager process and handled candidate dossier preparation and auditing. She also worked as an HR Executive at Deepam Silk Retail Pvt Ltd, assisting in resume screening, performance reviews, and salary administration.
Lakshmi’s professional journey began as an Academic Trainee at Aztecsoft, where she analyzed and redesigned the training process architecture.
