San Luis Potosí, Mexico, October 2024 – Larisa Segovia has been promoted to Head of People Development & Learning LATAM at DRÄXLMAIER Group. In this role, Larisa will lead strategic development and learning initiatives across Latin America, ensuring alignment with the company’s global talent management strategies. This promotion underscores her strong leadership in HR development and organizational learning throughout her career at DRÄXLMAIER.

Larisa has been with DRÄXLMAIER Group for over eight years. Before this promotion, she served as HR Personnel Development & Learning Supervisor LATAM for almost three years, leading talent management processes, including performance management and leadership development for employees in the region.

Prior to that, she was Training & OD Supervisor, overseeing plant personnel development and coordinating global training initiatives for more than three years. Larisa began her career at DRÄXLMAIER as a Training & OD Coordinator, where she designed soft skills development programs and implemented employee development strategies for nearly two years.

Before joining DRÄXLMAIER, Larisa worked as a Training Facilitator at XUE Desarrollo Humano, focusing on soft skills development and motivational systems. She also completed an HR Internship at Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, where she contributed to administrative excellence programs and other HR initiatives.
