Shanti’s move to Accurate Healthcare is not just a change of workplace but also a continuation of her commitment to excellence in the healthcare sector.

In her recent role as Field Vice President at RestorixHealth, from March 2023 to May 2024, Shanti played a critical role in managing and expanding post-acute services. Her leadership was pivotal in the smooth transition of these services to Accurate Healthcare, scheduled for completion by June 1, 2024.
Before her tenure at RestorixHealth, Shanti was the Vice President of Sales at Empirian Health from February 2022 to March 2023, where she honed her skills in strategic sales initiatives and contract negotiations across the healthcare industry in Alabama.
Her extensive background in sales and customer relationship management was further developed at First Quality and McKesson Medical Surgical, where she held the position of Director of National Accounts, overseeing significant accounts and leading national sales teams to achieve and exceed business objectives.
