Lisbon, Portugal, September 2024 – Larissa Armani has been appointed as the new Head of Human Resources at QuintoAndar, a leading Brazilian technology company focused on simplifying the real estate market. Larissa brings over a decade of experience in global HR management, talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness to her new role. She will lead the HR functions to support QuintoAndar’s growth and strategic goals, particularly focusing on employee engagement and talent development.
Prior to joining QuintoAndar, Larissa served as People Partner & Talent Acquisition Senior Manager at QuintoAndar for almost three years, where she was instrumental in leading recruitment and talent management strategies across the company. She was responsible for building high-performing teams and enhancing HR processes globally.
Before that, Larissa held the role of Head of HR (Portugal) at Grover, where she successfully launched and managed the HR operations for the company’s Lisbon office. Her efforts focused on tech talent acquisition and expanding Grover’s HR footprint in Europe.
Larissa’s experience also includes her role as HR Business Partner & HR Manager at Loggi, one of Brazil’s fastest-growing unicorns. She was responsible for overseeing all HR processes for the company’s Lisbon office, driving recruitment efforts and creating HR strategies for the growing tech hub.
In her earlier career, Larissa worked as Tech & Product Recruiter Lead at Dott, where she played a key role in attracting and retaining top tech talent. Additionally, she has vast experience working at Google, where she managed Staffing Programs for the Latin American region, focusing on entry-level hiring and talent development.
