New Delhi, Delhi, India, August 2025 — Latika Taneja has been appointed as Head of Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs & CSR at Hero MotoCorp, where she will be responsible for shaping the brand’s narrative, fostering stakeholder engagement, and steering sustainability and CSR initiatives in alignment with the company’s commitment to purposeful growth.
Latika brings more than two decades of experience across global organizations, specializing in corporate communications, government relations, and stakeholder strategy. She currently serves as Head of Corporate Relations at Shell, where she has led integrated communications, policy engagement, and sustainability strategies for the India market.
Prior to Shell, she was with Mastercard for nearly six years, serving as Director of Public Policy and Government Relations – South Asia, and previously as Director of Corporate Communications. In these roles, she significantly contributed to policy advocacy and reputation management.
Earlier in her career, Latika spent five years at DuPont, where she managed media relations, employee communications, leadership messaging, and social impact campaigns as Public Affairs Manager for South Asia. Her work there included developing strategic outreach across multiple platforms and aligning marketing communications with business objectives.
She also held leadership positions at Alcatel-Lucent India Ltd. as Manager – Marketing Communications, and at MetLife as Manager – Corporate Communications India, where she executed internal and external campaigns to enhance brand positioning and business visibility. She began her career at Genesis Burson-Marsteller, managing key accounts in the insurance sector.
